Our Cleaning & Sanitizing Process

Step 1: Pre-Cleaning

All soft play equipment is inspected and pre-cleaned to remove visible dirt, debris, and residue. This step ensures surfaces are properly prepared for sanitizing.

Step 2: Sanitizing

We use child-safe, non-toxic disinfecting solutions approved for use on soft play and foam materials. All surfaces are wiped or sprayed according to manufacturer guidelines and allowed to air dry to ensure proper contact time.

Step 3: Drying & Inspection

After sanitizing, equipment is fully air-dried and inspected to ensure it is clean, dry, and ready for safe play before being stored or transported.

Step 4: Clean Transport & Storage

Once sanitized, equipment is stored in a clean, dry environment and transported in covered, designated bins or vehicles to prevent cross-contamination prior to your event.
